Done Deals: RedRover doubles office space at EmergeMemphis Building

RedRover Co., which is part of the EmergeMemphis small business incubation program, has doubled its space in the EmergeMemphis Building at 516 Tennessee St.

A sales development, marketing and consulting firm, RedRover will now have 1,200 square feet. Lori Turner, managing partner with RedRover, negotiated the deal directly with Gwin Scott, president of EmergeMemphis.

"Not only do we see great benefit in being part of the small business incubator at Emerge," Turner said, "but we also enjoy the convenient Downtown location, the urban feel of the space, and the energetic entrepreneurial environment."

Bayer increases footage

Bayer CropScience has expanded its space by nearly 3,000 square feet at 3400 Players Club Parkway, Suite 130, to bring its total up to 6,531 square feet.

Broker Henry Stratton of Colliers Wilkinson Snowden represented the tenant. Landlord Highwoods Properties was represented by Holley Dargie.

University renews lease

The University of Phoenix renewed its lease and expanded its square footage at 65 Germantown Court in Germantown Park. The school added 9,000 square feet to bring its total space up to 39,534 square feet.

Michael Donahoe and Anthony Lopes of Investec Realty Services represented the landlord in the transaction.

Donahoe and Lopes also handled a couple of other transactions at Germantown Park:

Physicians Financial expanded its office at 8000 Centerview Parkway by 1,904 square feet to bring its total to 4,332 square feet.

Wealth Strategies Group renewed its lease of 2,976 square feet at 8001 Centerview Parkway. David Creed with CB Richard Ellis represented Wealth Strategies; Lopes and Donahoe represented the landlord.

Chic Hair sets up shop

Chic Hair Studio has a new lease at the 14-unit Shops of Arlington.

Tucker Beck, broker/vice president for Crye-Leike Commercial Inc., handled the transaction.

Jennifer Peeler owns the hair studio, which will have 1,625 square feet and will be located at 11125 U.S. Highway 70, Suite 112.

Suncrest expands office

Suncrest Healthcare now has 4,505 square feet at Nonconnah Corporate Center following its lease renewal and expansion. CB Richard Ellis broker Ron Kastner handled the deal.

In another transaction at Nonconnah Corporate Center, CBRE's Anna Marotti handled Pendum's renewal of a 1,985-square-foot space.

Pendum is the nation's largest independent service provider for ATMs and other cash automation equipment.
