Account Manager and Sales Trainer, Mike Skelton
Memphis Office
This seasoned dog knows all the new tricks. He has more than 20 years of proven management experience in B2B sales and sales management, with an impressive record of increasing sales and profitability.
Mike is Best-in-Breed when it comes to building, managing and motivating sales teams to achieve significant growth. An effective leader and communicator, he knows how to establish and maintain positive, constructive relationships with key accounts and vendor partnerships at the executive management level.
More important, he’s keen to share his secrets.
Mike is a tremendously gifted sales coach. He knows how to get double-digit performance out of a sales team by working with each member one on one. He’s equally good with reluctant sellers, employees who don’t see themselves as salespeople and yet have to assume some sales functions.
A graduate of the University of Memphis with majors in finance and marketing, Mike understands the business behind selling, including strategic planning, P&L responsibility, sales territory development, contract negotiations, channel partner development, forecasting and market analysis.
Marketing Account Executive, Beverly Mattingly
Memphis Office
This marketing and advertising account executive has more than 20 years of experience, from top-notch agency chops to concepting, developing and launching her own retail product line.
With a diverse background in media planning and buying, management and account service, Beverly applies a multidisciplinary perspective to her accounts. Her early years as a media planner taught her the importance of making informed, well-researched decisions, of having clearly defined goals, and of understanding the market environment and leading trends that impact the client’s business.
A successful entrepreneur with a line of greeting cards carried by major retailers, Beverly understands what is required to create a brand, bring it to market and nurture it to success. She knows first-hand what the clients experience as they develop and launch new products or re-engineer themselves to leverage new opportunities.
Beverly has a Fine Arts Degree from Southern University in Chattanooga, Tennessee. She also completed the Simmons Media and Markets Training program.
Office Manager, Ashley McMillan
Memphis Office
Ashley McMillan joins the pack as office manager. We joke that her attendance at UT might have cancelled out any opportunity for her to work at RedRover, but fortunately, she also went to the University of Memphis. This makes her diplomatically desirable for most of our client base.
Her areas of study included advertising and political science, a blend of which is needed to be successful in our business.
In her previous positions, Ashley has mastered many artforms including wrangling wily real estate agents and navigating the ins and outs of health insurance and patient customer care. With that type of best-in-breed experience under her belt, she’s the perfect addition to the RedRover pack.
At RedRover, Ashley herds our office staff, shepherding day-to-day office operations such as communications, billing and project tracking. Plus, she supports the account team with logistics, research, client service and social media.
Ashley is a long-time dog-lover. She had her first dog for an astounding 20 years. She recently adopted her dog “Mendy” from the Memphis Animal Shelter. She looks forward to getting involved with the Humane Society account.
